Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
If you purchase a product through a purchase option such as a pre-order or other delayed fulfillment option, the following terms apply:

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch.

If there is a significant delay to a pre-order, we will notify you via email and you may request a cancellation and refund before the item is dispatched.

Once a pre-order item has been dispatched, standard return conditions apply.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
