Where We Ship
Sockymate currently ships across the Australia/United States/Canada
To improve delivery times and product availability, orders may be fulfilled through a combination of local and global distribution partners.
Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from different fulfillment locations across the globe.
Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Australia
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD
- Standard + Shipping Protection: $11.50 AUD
- Express Shipping: $11.95 AUD
- Express + Shipping Protection: $13.50 AUD
United States
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 USD
- Standard + Shipping Protection: $11.50 USD
- Priority Shipping: $11.95 USD
- Priority + Shipping Protection: $13.50 USD
Canada
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 CAD
- Standard + Shipping Protection: $11.50 CAD

Shipping costs are calculated per order and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
- During promotions, sales events, or peak periods, processing times may be at the longer end of this window
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Orders
Some items may be offered as Pre-Order. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
Pre-Order Processing & Dispatch
- Pre-order items are not shipped immediately
- Estimated dispatch timeframes will be shown on the product page
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available
If you would like items shipped separately, please contact us before placing your order.
Transition Period Notice
As we transition to our new fulfillment system, some products may temporarily be placed on pre-order while we move stock to our distribution partners.
During this period:
- Some orders may have slightly longer dispatch times
- Orders may be shipped in separate parcels
- Tracking updates may appear once your order reaches the final delivery network

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via email
- Tracking may take 1–3 days to update depending on the shipping route
- Updates will be provided via email or SMS (if provided at checkout)
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Please allow a few extra days during busy periods
- Check your tracking link for the latest updates
If you still require assistance, contact us and we will help track your parcel.
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and assist you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australia Post Parcel Lockers
Please note that while many orders may be delivered via Australia Post, Socky Mate also ships using a range of third-party courier and logistics providers depending on the delivery location, shipping method selected, and operational requirements.
If a customer chooses to use an Australia Post Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect address, PO Box, or any Australia Post-specific delivery service, we cannot guarantee that the selected carrier will be Australia Post unless specifically stated at checkout.
In some cases, if a non-AusPost carrier attempts delivery to an Australia Post Parcel Locker or Australia Post-managed address, Australia Post may apply additional charges, holding fees, redirection fees, or reject the parcel entirely. Any fees, delays, returns to sender, or additional delivery costs incurred as a result of using these address types with non-AusPost carriers are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid potential delays or additional charges, we strongly recommend using a standard residential or business address for delivery where possible.
